This year we committed ourselves ultimate health for our bodies inside out. We both want to lose some weight, but it's not going to be a diet, but making new life style. Now we have been trying to learn healthy eating but still taste good and found this tofu Alfredo sauce recipe.
A few nights ago, Derek made this for the supper. He is not great cook yet, but he did it all by himself and said it was really simple. I barely tasted tofu and it was delicious. I'm pretty sure anybody who like Alfredo sauce also like this tofu version of sauce even though you are not tofu lover. It's so much healthier and you get great source of protein. So try this out!
